Ukrainian troops received orders this morning to open massive fire on positions of illegal armed groups in the anti-terrorist operation zone, presidential adviser and assistant to the Minister of Defense Yuriy Biryukov wrote on his Facebook page.
"Good morning, country. It's 8:01 AM, and we can already say that two hours ago, our entire force in Sector B received the order and opened massive fire," Biryukov wrote. This marked the end of the previously declared ceasefire. "We observed the ceasefire, didn't we? We demonstrated our interest in a peaceful resolution, right? Well, today we'll show you how much we can throw a punch," he added.
